Procedures
How to Add Multiple Accounts in the Participant App:
- Open your study app
- Tap Profile
- Tap Accounts in the top right-corner
- In the screen that slides open, tap Add an account
- Select the language and country the additional account is associated with
- You will have the option to either sign in or register as a new participant. If you have already created a second account, tap Sign in and enter your credentials. If you are registering as a new participant, tap Join Study and complete the onboarding and registration
How to Switch Between Accounts in the Participant App:
- Open your study app
- Tap Profile
- Tap Accounts in the top right-corner
- In the screen that slides open, you will see a list of the accounts that have been added (the one with the green checkmark is the one you are currently signed into). Tap the account you would like to switch to
How to Remove an Account:
- Open your study app
- Tap Profile
- Make sure you are signed into the account you would like to remove/sign out of. Tap Sign Out in the top-right corner
Additional Notes
- You can only be signed into a single participant account at a time
- Signing out of an account removes the saved login information from your device and will require this account to be signed back in via username and password
