How to Create a THREAD Support Account

Objective

  • Learn how to create a THREAD Support account to use for submitting help requests and to access knowledge base articles

Who Can Use This Feature

  • Admin Team
  • Study Team
  • Site Team

Procedure

  1. Go to the THREAD Support Center
  2. Click Sign in from the top-right corner
  3. Click Sign up under the sign in fields
  4. Enter your Full Name and Email Address
  5. Click Sign up (you will then be sent a registration link to your email)
  6. Go to your email account
  7. Click the registration link in your email
  8. Enter a password following the password requirements
  9. Click Set password

Additional Notes

  • After signing in, you will be taken to the THREAD Support Center homepage, where you can browse and/or search for articles
  • If you are using an email address with a domain that is not approved by THREAD, you cannot access the Support Center. Please use your company-issued email address to access the Support Center
  • If you already have an account with the THREAD Support Center, sign in using your email address and password
  • THREAD will never ask you to divulge your password
