Objective
- Learn how to create a THREAD Support account to use for submitting help requests and to access knowledge base articles
Who Can Use This Feature

Procedure
- Go to the THREAD Support Center
- Click Sign in from the top-right corner
- Click Sign up under the sign in fields
- Enter your Full Name and Email Address
- Click Sign up (you will then be sent a registration link to your email)
- Go to your email account
- Click the registration link in your email
- Enter a password following the password requirements
- Click Set password
Additional Notes
- After signing in, you will be taken to the THREAD Support Center homepage, where you can browse and/or search for articles
- If you are using an email address with a domain that is not approved by THREAD, you cannot access the Support Center. Please use your company-issued email address to access the Support Center
- If you already have an account with the THREAD Support Center, sign in using your email address and password
- THREAD will never ask you to divulge your password
