THREAD is committed to international compliance with data protection laws as part of our commitment to conducting our business ethically and to observing applicable laws, rules and regulations. THREAD’s Data Privacy Office (DPO) and our designated representative in the EU support the domestic and global presence and expansion of THREAD’s platform.

THREAD’s DPO, with offices in the UK, the The Republic of Ireland and Washington DC, ensures that all global privacy and sovereignty laws are adhered to. THREAD’s privacy program aligns closely with the key principles of GDPR and the ISO 27701 controls: lawfulness, fairness and transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality (security), and accountability.
Per THREAD’s Global Privacy Policy, the DPO is available for contact by participants and sites as needed.
